- My, my, check out what I found on the board coming in? Some artistic skills we've got here!
- We looked over the letter received from Cards for Hospitalized Kids thanking us for our Thanksgiving work. A little late to share, I know, but hey, we haven't had a meeting since last year!
- T-shirts were distributed today, and the money was collected. 18 people signed up, but not everyone was there for pickup. If you signed up on any of the last two attendance sheets, come find Rubab Syed and get your shirt ASAP. Remember, dues are $12.24
- From the webinar meeting, it has been announced that M4D is cancelled this year- too robust for the agenda. But speaking of videos, the World version for the #ImagineProject was released just a couple weeks ago. If you recorded your voice, you not only had a chance to be featured in the song, but donated $1 to our cause, pretty cool, right?
- Brainstormed a little more for the Krispy Kreme fundraiser, as well. Even if you're not in our club, ideas are always appreciated through comments or emails.
- Today was a big day on education as our new featured topic this month is child trafficking, the illegal movement of children for the purpose of forced labor or sexual exploitation. This is considered a modern day slavery, a problem thought to have disappeared many years ago.
- As a group, we created a fictional average joe, and using the fantastic survey found on Slavery Footprint we found out that we had close to 60 slaves working for us through the production of products used from companies on our day-to-day basis. Shocking, huh?
- To conclude, we watched a quick trailer of UNICEF's featured film, Not My Life, discussing the problem with Child Trafficking in a in-depth study of different countries.

We got snowed out but, no worries, we'll catch everything up at our next meeting. Enjoy the day off!
