- Thank you all for your great comments from the last meeting. There was one point that we wanted to clarify: we do not require you to complete individual service hours. Membership is determined on a point system where you can earn points through meeting attendance, participation, and recruitment of other members. To receive a certificate at the end of the year, you must have at least 15 points.
- Class Representative applications for Freshmen and Sophomore positions are now live and can be completed on the Google Form found under our Lead tab. Applications are due no later than January 1, 2016.

- As part of the Student's Rebuild Healing Classroom Challenge, each member made 3 pinwheels during the meeting. For each pinwheel our club made, the Bezos Family Foundation has promise $2 for up to $400,000 to the International Rescue Committee's Healing Classroom's Program in Lebanon and Iraq.
- Why pinwheels? Pinwheels are simple, fun toys found all over the world. They represent the innocence of childhood, play, delight and a sense of being carefree. Several organizations have adopted the pinwheel as a symbol of peace. By making pinwheels, you can give Syrian youth living in conflict the peace and security that all children deserve.
- If you weren't able to make pinwheels at this meeting, we will be giving the opportunity to bring them in to our February 2 meeting if you can make them at home. Follow the document attached for step by step instructions.
